About JASDesigns

Yarn, needles, hooks, fabric, charms, and beads... These items combined with patience and the right pattern can provide one with joy. I have been crafting a little over three and a half years, but I feel I have found my passion besides my kids.

Ever see a knitted hat, scarf, sweater, blanket, or even a toy monkey that you wish you could make yourself, but did not have the time, patience or knowledge to? Well, JASDesigns is the answer to your desire. I specialize in baby and toddler items because my models (my children) are in this age group. However that does not mean I cannot follow a pattern for an older child or even an adult. If you want a special baby shower, wedding gift, or just something handmade.... look no further than JASDesigns. I look forward to creating for you.

Note about pricing & shipping: All prices are as marked. Pricing is done per yard used + labor. If I need to purchase a particular yarn/material, that is not in my stock, the cost of the extra material will be factored in to the final price as well. Prices do NOT include shipping costs if the item needs to be shipped. ALL items will be shipped via US mail. Depending on the item's size or number of items ordered, flat rate shipping may be applied. This will be determined at the time of ordering.

Note about payment: I accept cash, check, money order, cashier's checks, or PayPal. If using PayPal, I will send you the order details via email with the email where payments will be accepted. Payment process for ALL items will be as follows.

For local orders only: Once all the specifics have been agreed upon and a final cost has been determined, 50% of payment must be placed at the time of ordering. The remaining 50% will be taken at the time of delivery.

IF the item is to be shipped, 100% of the payment must be made up front. A photo of the finished product(s) will be emailed within one day prior to shipping. If you need to make any special arrangements, please let me know at the time of ordering. Thank You! :)

History

It all began with me seeing an awesome blanket a close friend made for her third child. We happened to be pregnant at the same time and our kids (my second) were born only 10 days apart. :) When I saw her blanket, I asked where I could learn because I wanted to make things for my children too. She told me where, and as they say, the rest is history.
